The challenge

Working in partnership with the university project team to deliver this fast-paced project within the 6-week summer holiday downtime whilst working in a live environment with students who were still on-site.

Scope of works

Full strip out of existing washrooms including all fixtures, fittings and services. Removing all old walls and floor tiling
Re-plastering all walls to a flat surface to take new finishes
Supply and installation of new wall and floor finishes, new suspended ceilings, LED lighting, plumbing & waste, bespoke cubicles and accessible paneling to conceal all services
Full decoration throughout
