The challenge
Working in a live environment for the duration of the project within the security restrictions of a live retail banking environment.
Scope of works
Full strip out of existing washrooms including all fixtures, fittings and services. Removing all old walls and floor tiling
Supply and installation of new wall and floor finishes, new suspended ceilings, LED lighting, plumbing & waste, bespoke cubicles and accessible paneling to conceal all services
Bespoke wall paneling and radiator covers built on site by our joinery team
