The challenge
Working in partnership with the local site management and maintenance team to deliver this fast-paced refurbishment to minimize the disruption to the tenant.
Scope of works
Full strip out of all water damaged flooring and kitchen
Cut out water damaged plasterboard walls and insulation
Supply & install new slab insulation and re-plasterboard walls, tape and joint to finish
Supply and install new kitchen worktops and upstands and re-fit the existing kitchen units
Supply and install new wood effect vinyl flooring and perimeter skirtings
Fulld decoration throughout including stain blocking the water affected areas
