The challenge
Working in partnership with the local authority heritage team to overhaul and repair the sash windows, roofs, stonework & brickwork. carefully re-purpose the internal space for the new incoming business, splitting over 2 floors with the ground floor retail space and the 1st floor office space.
Scope of works
External:
Full scaffolding to the front of the building
Flat roof repairs & GRP overlay
Overhaul and repair of the sash windows and casement windows including full decoration and putty work
Preparation and decoration to all cast iron rainwater goods and stone soffit and facia details
Strip out and removal of the old vaults and safes
Internal:
Full strip out and replacement of all wall coverings and flooring with new vinyl and sheet carpet
Full decoration throughout the 2 floors
Full LED lighting upgrades throughout both floors
Strip out and replacement of the Commercial Gas boiler and commissioning
Landlords Compliance works:
EICR Testing, remedial works and certificate
Fire alarm overhaul and repairs and certification
Gas safety check and certification
Air conditioning overhaul and repairs and certification
Auto doors servicing and certification
