The challenge
Working in partnership with the on-site accommodation team to adapt the services and space to meet the needs of the incoming student.
Scope of works
Full strip out of existing washrooms including all fixtures, fittings and services. Removing all old walls finishes and floor tiling
Adapting the below ground drainage and installing new wet room drainage
Adapting the existing floor levels to accommodate the new wet room drainage
Re-plastering all walls to a flat surface to take new finishes
Supply and installation of new wall and floor finishes, new suspended ceilings, LED lighting, plumbing and waste, bespoke and accessible paneling to conceal all services. Installation of DDA complaint fittings and fixtures
